In this role you will beresponsible for global administration of the Autoliv Learning Center (ALC - Learning Management System) and its use in supporting business learning needs. You will need todeliver global consistency, alignment, and quality of learning content and offerings,ALC utilization and functionality optimized and efficient global processes for learning setup.
If you think you'll like to manage the following responsibilities at higher standards:
Partner with functional groups to support their learning & development needs as related to the ALC
Be the primary global Autoliv resource for ALC functionality, troubleshooting, and configuration
Coordinate/drive consistency, alignment, expertise, efficiency, and quality in ALC content and usage
Understand and coordinate updates and enhancements to the ALC
Manage ALC settings and permissions
Facilitate setting up needed global reporting o Manage/oversee IT tickets related to the ALC
Coordinate defining, establishing, and reinforcing methods and processes for optimal and effective use of the ALC
Develop and deploy ALC training instructions/materials as needed
Help teach/coach other ALC admins
Help ensure compliance with data privacy requirements, copyright laws, etc.
Actively participate in/lead global ALC meetings/efforts as needed
and if you have/are:
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in instructional technology, education, training, or related area.
Very good English knowledge
In-depth administration of learning management system(s)
Deep technical knowledge of Learning Management Systems, preferably SAP SuccessFactors Learning (ALC)
Proficient in learning content development & delivery (instructor-led and online)
Data management and reporting – preferably with tools like Microsoft Access/Power BI
Advanced skills with Microsoft Office applications especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
