What you’ll achieve
TheGlobal Partner Leaddrives the overall partner relationship between Dell and Ericsson. This is a leadership role within TSB Strategic Partner team.
Dell Technologies provides infrastructure solutions from the edge to the data center to the cloud , and TSB plays a critical role in bringing solutions to the market. The role requires one to be an ambassador of the TSB and the liaison between many cross-functional organizations to align and execute on a common documented mission.
You will:
Own the partnership with Ericsson and drive incremental business outcomes while expanding our strategic relationship
Build and execute Dell’s strategy with Ericsson including defining partnership objectives, identifying and building joint solutions, driving joint Go to Market and creating and managing executive relationships.
Evangelize and position Dell’s product and solutions within Ericsson to drive greater adoption of Dell’s infrastructure and services within Ericsson’s product, engineering and GTM teams.
Drive the field interlock and cadence of strategic opportunities with Ericsson field teams and target Telco Customers.
Possess the ability to work at a senior level cross-functionally and navigate between Product Management, Marketing, Sales, Operations, and Alliances at Dell and Ericsson.
Effectively communicate Dell Technology's Telco strategy and the Strategic Partnership strategy to internal and external stakeholders.

Undergraduate degree with 15+ years of relevant partner management experience within Telecom space. MBA a plus
Experience working with Ericsson and a keen understanding of the organization and business methods
Strong leadership and communication skills. Ability to present to executives and communicate with sales and technical teams
Demonstrable experience in driving impactful partnerships with the ability to drive cross-functional teams to deliver results
English and Swedish language skills Ability to travel as needed.
Experience in a quota carrying role, ideally within channel sales Who we are
