Sales Executive

Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to fast track your career in tech sales? We are a Service Management software company with proven track-record and platform. Your scope: As a Sales Executive, you will be in-charge of identifying and acquiring new customers to drive revenue growth.

You will be more specifically in charge of:

Development and being responsible for your own annual, quarterly and monthly business plan

Manage sales pipeline through sequential stages of the sales process: pipeline creation, initial outreach, product demo, negotiation and close, and upsell/cross-sell

Take a consultative approach with C-level executives while navigating multiple decision-makers

Establish a trusted advisor relationship to determine needs, build value, and create engagement and acceptance of Efecte’s solutions.

Collaborate with Marketing, BDR and Presales to conduct activities including, outreach, emails, social selling, and sales demonstrations with identified ICPs

High energy, self-starting personality that works well in a scale-up environment

It would be great if...

You have proven experience in software or SaaS sales (minimum 3 years) with excellent track record of exceeding revenue quotas. Experience in working with public sector customers or software resellers in the Nordics is considered a bonus.

You have a great track record of negotiating commercial contracts with good pricing as well as commercial success in working with executives, VP and ‘C’ level

You have a strong and professional communication skills (written and verbal) partnered with excellent social skills and ability to deal with rejection

You have a proven academic track-record (BBA or above)

You are fluent/native in Swedish and English

Are able to work full time on-site at our Stockholm office in the city centre
