Position The company is currently seeking an experienced Design Director to lead an international team of designers. You have most likely worked in textiles and design for +10 years and have substantial leadership experience.
It is crucial to understand the entire workflow from customer buying behavior and patterns to design, product development, and procurement. Requirements/Profile Education in textile/design or equivalent
At least 10 years of experience in the design industry, production, and manufacturing of textiles and design
5+ year’s experience leading a design team
Strong leadership skills
Fluent in both spoken and written Swedish and English
Qualifications and Experience Passion for textiles and high quality
Experience in fashion design is meritorious
Ambitious with high aspirations
