På uppdrag av kund söker vi nu en CFO med placering i centrala Stockholm. Bolaget är ungt och framgångsrikt och rör sig inom tech/IT.

Bolaget har sedan några år private equity i ryggen och ska nu genomföra en massiv bolagsresa de närmsta åren.

Som person vill du vara med på detta bolagsbygge och du andas kompetens kring ditt gebit inom finans, men besitter även ett entreprenöriellt mindset med målsättning att tillsammans med bolaget och dess ägare gå den extra milen. Du har självklart möjlighet att vara med och ta del av denna resa för egen vinning.

Rollen inkluderar bland annat:

Utveckla och implementera finansiella strategier och mål för att säkerställa långsiktig hållbarhet och tillväxt.

Hantera risker och säkerställa efterlevnad av regler/bestämmelser.

Rekrytering av team.

Övervaka och rapportera företagets finansiella resultat till ledning, styrelse och ägare.

M&A aktiviteter - integration av processer och rutiner.

Som person har du ett starkt sinne för detaljer, målsättning för stark vidare tillväxt. Du får gärna ha erfarenhet från konsultbolag tidigare.
