About the Role
As a Junior Legal Executive, you will work in the Global Entity Management (GEM) department in Sweden responsible for legal and corporate secretarial services. Together with the rest of the GEM team, you will work with a broad portfolio of both Swedish and international clients assisting with a variety of corporate legal matters.
You will join the team of a large global company which offers a comprehensive range of services covering Accounting, Legal and HR and Payroll compliance and reporting.
We are looking for a Team Player that will be part of a supportive team, who would like to work in an international environment in close contact with our clients.
Key Responsibilities
Assist clients with a broad range of corporate legal matters.
Creating and maintaining statutory records and client entity registrations.
Staying up-to-date with legal developments.
Working on a day-to-day basis for clients both in Sweden and abroad with tasks such as: Drafting corporate resolutions.
Assisting with and/or monitoring incorporations, liquidations, mergers etc.
Filing of corporate changes and registrations.
Filing of the Financial Statements and related documentations.
Assisting with client on-boarding, including coordination of Know Your Client and compliance matters.
Taking minutes at board meetings and general meetings.
Assisting with ad-hoc requests, including but not limited to arrangement of Power of Attorney, UBO registration, ordering official company extracts etc.
Legal administrative tasks, including but not limited to obtaining and maintaining corporate documents.
Drafting and reviewing process documents.
Communication with authorities or other third parties related to corporate matters.
Key Requirements
Swedish law degree (“Juristexamen”) or Master of Laws (LL.M).
Candidates with a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) are invited to apply as well, if they have legal and compliance experience and proven track record.
Hands-on mentality; independent and excellent planning skills.
Strong communication skills in both English and Swedish.
