We are seeking a nationwide dedicated Solution Consultant for Norway, who wants to become a part of our fantastic team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to drive and grow sales for Tobii Dynavox, in addition to collaborating with various stakeholders to raise awareness and usage of our Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) solutions. Your main responsibility will be to promote and highlight the transition from symbol-supported communication (e.g., symbol cards, visual behaviour support, and low-tech communication boards) to advanced speech generating devices, with a focus on users who can benefit from touch as an access method, such as individuals with autism spectrum disorders.

Tobii Dynavox is a provider to NAV Hjelpemiddelsentral for the delivery of specially designed communication systems for people with disabilities. In collaboration with NAV advisors, as a Solution Consultant, you will contribute to activities such as training, assessments, and follow-up.

Your workdays will include:

Development, planning, and implementation of sales and training activities, with a focus on the largest cities/geographical areas in Norway, aiming to increase the sales of our innovative, technical solutions.

Raise awareness and knowledge about our products among user communities, professionals, and NAV.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships with users, professionals, and opinion leaders in various forums, both face-to-face and digitally.

Organize, plan, and participate in workshops, webinars, conferences, exhibitions, and training sessions to generate interest in our Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) solutions and demonstrate our Tobii Dynavox products.

The role as Solution Consultant requires frequent travel within Norway and occasionally to other parts of Europe. Tobii Dynavox offers a challenging and flexible work environment. Our office is in Bergen, but if you reside elsewhere in the country, we provide a home office setup.

We are looking for someone who has:

Higher education qualifications in business, health, technology, or pedagogy.

Work experience in sales, training, and product advising, preferably in health, medical technical aids, or the education sector.

Relevant work experience with a broad range of diagnoses and have worked with various age groups, from kindergarten to school. A background in special education is a plus.

Experience with products such as Boardmaker, TD Snap, and general knowledge of symbol communication, as well as high-tech solutions for Augmentative and Alternative Communication (ASK), is an advantage.

Excellent communication, presentation, and networking skills

Fluency in verbal and written Norwegian.

Professional knowledge in verbal and written English
