In your previous roles you have focused on lease and partner strategy, along with building relationships. For you, it comes naturally to build strong relationships. Internal relationships, as well as external relationships.
By leading with effective communication, you establish credibility, engage and build connections when you seek a common ground and reach an agreement to settle a matter of mutual interest with partners and other stakeholders. Thanks to this, you find synergies among partners, that ensures complementary offers for the many people at our Meeting Places. You see possibilities, and you can envision the desired future of our Meeting Places.
To be successful in this role, we believe that you have:
• Minimum 7 years of experience in commercial property leasing.
• Successful track record of leading negotiations with high level stakeholders
• Strong analytical skills
• Knowledge of how to create synergies among tenants, that ensures a complementary offer for the customers
• Knowledge of budgeting and administration, as well as contractual arrangements,
• Knowledge about prices, standards and structures of the local retail property market
• Previous successful track record of working in remote teams in multicultural environment)
A day in your life with us
As a Leasing Business Partner, you will be responsible for create and develop the lease strategy for the existing Meeting Places, and future projects. Additionally, you will support the effort to securing a suitable tenant mix to increase the asset value of our Meeting Places in order to ensure their offers are not only relevant to the customer and community needs, but also attractive to our partners.
You will apply your knowledge of the industry trends, outlooks and emerging technologies to help the organization achieve goals and objectives. In order to drive change, you will use new methods, digital systems and processes, as well as critical thinking skills to continuously examine and challenge existing strategies, plans, goals and ways of working.
Additionally, you will be:
• Developing the leasing expertise in our Meeting Places to ensure our coworkers are capable to transform the leasing strategy into business planning and short-term actions.
• Overall responsible to support Meeting Places in leasing related questions including negotiations with tenants
• Monitoring and analyzing tenant performance, providing our Meeting Places with relevant advice on how to improve tenant performance etc.
• Responsible to lease premises in existing and future projects in the assigned category in line with the offer
• Responsible to negotiate the most favorable conditions for the MP by preparing a clear feasibility study, negotiations strategy to achieve short-term and long-term MP objectives.
• Analyzing and identifies latest trends and deep business insight within the category to ensure those are brought into business planning and negotiations to improve the offer
• Ensure the offer is consistent and coherent to customer needs and to increase the MP attractiveness for the partners
• Responsible to develop and bring new partners in the portfolio to positively impact the margins, diversify the portfolio, increase attractiveness to the partners to increase the asset value of our Meeting places.
In this position, you will be based in Malmö, Sweden. Your manager will be Annett Norén Beckert, our Lease Category Manager.

As a Lease Business Partner at Ingka Centres, you will be a part of the Operations domain. The purpose of the Operations domain is to optimize the Meeting Place experience for the many people and deliver sustainable business growth for our Partners and Meeting Places. Moreover, to achieve operational results, drive efficiency improvements and enhance commercial performance and brand value of the Meeting Places.
