As the Head of Project Development, you will be entrusted with the following responsibilities:
Lead the identification of potential landowners and exploitable land, focusing on high-quality and feasible projects
Build and lead a team, establishing structures for efficient project execution
Construct and evaluate the teamwork, comprehend the business, and create structures for effective project progression
Establish conditions for the company’s long-term growth
Prioritize and make strategic decisions for the most effective outcome
Experience. We are seeking candidates with approximately 5-7 years of experience in land and project development, preferably within the solar/wind/renewables sector. The ideal candidate should possess:
Understanding of landowners, county administrative boards, permitting processes, grid operators, and internal processes
Experience in complex project management and infrastructure
Demonstrated leadership experience, preferably in personnel-intensive groups
The successful candidate should exhibit the following competencies and personal attributes. Exceptional personal drive and motivation
Strategic thinking and planning skills
Capable of analyzing and assessing projects
Willing to assist and be flexible, without pretense
Proficient in building structures and processes

Understanding of renewable energy and the green transition
Excellent Swedish and English communication skills (both written and verbal)

Understanding of renewable energy and the green transition, possibly from working in energy sourcing, procurement, or energy agreement management
Academic background with a strong understanding of the energy industry.
