Responsibilities:

Strategic leadership: Heading up the marketing department, balancing performance and engagement in the various teams to win together!

Demand generation strategy : Together with our Demand Gen team, execute, evaluate, and optimize comprehensive demand generation strategies targeting the mid-market segment to drive measurable results.

Data-driven insights: Provide insights and recommendations based on performance metrics. We’re looking for someone who can optimize and evaluate the success of our marketing initiatives with a data-driven marketing approach.

Content and SEO : Oversee our SEO and content marketing efforts, ensuring a strategic approach to elevate our presence and engage our audience like never before.

AI integration : Identify opportunities to incorporate AI tools and solutions to build a cutting-edge marketing machine.

Global GTM strategy : Take the lead in our GTM strategy and expand marketing efforts in multiple countries. Challenge and evaluate the feasibility of entering various markets simultaneously and present clear business cases for strategic decisions.

Your team Reporting directly to Samir Smajic , our CEO and Co-founder, you'll be leading our Global Marketing Team and a pivotal member of our Executive Management Team.

The marketing team consists of 15 people spread out in Sweden (Malmö and Stockholm), France, and the US. You'll operate in an international environment where the pace is as high as the ambition, and the people are inclusive and supportive!

Who are you? 5+ years of experience working as a marketing leader with a successful track record within Growth Marketing. You have a strong background in creative demand generation, preferably with a background within SaaS.

Proven success in international GTM strategies and expanding marketing efforts in multiple countries.

You have an eagerness and drive to build something extraordinary! As we pioneer a new market category and strive for innovation within a commodity market, we’re looking for someone who’s enthusiastic about tackling challenges and driving transformative growth at the same time.

You’re an amazing storyteller, fluent in English. Any other language is a plus!
